Fiberroad Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Fiberroad”) is dedicated to providing industrial-grade network communication solutions engineered for paramount reliability. This Limited Warranty applies exclusively to Fiberroad-branded hardware components and required firmware.
General Terms & Warranty Period
Hardware warranty durations range from 1 to 5 years depending on the specific product category.

2. RMA Request Procedure
Submitting a formal written application containing detailed issue descriptions and diagnostic data to marketing@fiberroad.com or your designated salesperson is required to initiate a request.
3. Advance Replacement Policy
“Replacement First, Inspection Later”
Fiberroad provides an Advanced Replacement Policy with the following conditions:
- Replacement units are shipped upon verifying the written RMA request.
- Defective hardware must be returned within 28 calendar days.
- Standard manufacturing defects incur no fees, whereas user damage or exclusions result in billing for the replacement value.
4. Warranty Exclusions & Logistics Costs
Exclusions include natural disasters (Acts of God/Force Majeure), misuse, and tampered labels.
Logistics: All freight charges for return shipments of parts or products are at Buyer’s costs.
